Conditions

1. This approval is limited to the Oilon dual fuel burner for the model GKP-300M, manufactured by Oilon Group Oy, Finland. 
2. Advance Boiler Services Limited must ensure that the Oilon Group Oy, Finland holds a current ISO 9001 certificate for the design, and manufacture of the Oilon dual fuel burner for each import of the model GKP-300M. 
3. Advance Boiler Services Limited must provide a copy of the relevant Oilon manual of installation, operation and maintenance to each purchaser of the Oilon dual fuel burner, model GKP-300M. 
4. Advance Boiler Services Limited must fix the register number BUR1910A to each Oilon dual fuel burner model GKP-300M it supplies, in a manner that will ensure it will remain legible for the life of the burner under the conditions in which the burner is installed and operated.  
5. Advance Boiler Services Limited must fix to each approved Oilon dual fuel burner model GKP-300M in a manner that will ensure it will remain legible for the life of the burner under the conditions in which the burner is installed and operated, a statement that only diesel fuel (automotive gas oil and marine diesel fuel) including low flashpoint diesel is to be used in the burner.  
6. Advance Boiler Services Limited must advise WorkSafe New Zealand at hsapplications@worksafe.govt.nz if an Oilon dual fuel burner model GKP-300M develops a fault or fails in service due to product malfunction, defective manufacturer’s workmanship or design failure that could render the burner unsafe or lead to unsafe burner operating conditions.  
7. This approval is invalidated if there are any changes made to the Oilon dual fuel burner model GKP-300M from the design depicted in the Oilon “Oil, Gas and Dual Fuel Burners Burner series 300...700” manual.
