Conditions

1. Each purchaser of a Ecoflam Bruciatori S.p.A. oil burner MAX 1, 1R, 4, 4R, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, P 35 AB or P 45 AB must be provided with a copy of the Ecoflam Bruciatori S.p.A. manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions.
2. The register number BUR1002 must be fixed to each Ecoflam Bruciatori S.p.A. oil burner MAX 1, 1R, 4, 4R, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, P 35 AB or P 45 AB in a manner that will ensure it will remain legible for the life of the burner under the conditions in which the burner is installed and operated.
3. A plate stating that only diesel including low flash point diesel is to be used in the burner must be fixed to each Ecoflam Bruciatori S.p.A. oil burner MAX 1, 1R, 4, 4R, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, P 35 AB or P 45 AB in a manner that will ensure it will remain legible for the life of the burner under the conditions in which the burner is installed and operated.
4. The importer or supplier of a listed Ecoflam Bruciatori S.p.A. oil burner MAX 1, 1R, 4, 4R, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, P 35 AB or P 45 AB must advise the Manager Technical Services at WorkSafe New Zealand if the burner develops faults or fails in service due to product malfunction, defective manufacturer’s workmanship or design failure that could render the equipment unsafe or lead to unsafe burner operating conditions.
5. This approval is invalidated for a Ecoflam Bruciatori S.p.A. oil burner model MAX 1, 1R, 4, 4R, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, P 35 AB or P 45 AB if there are any changes to the design of that model of Ecoflam Bruciatori S.p.A. oil burner.
6. The import or supply of Ecoflam Bruciatori S.p.A. oil burner model MAX 1, 1R, 4, 4R, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, P 35 AB or P 45 AB remains valid for a period not exceeding 5 years from the date of this approval.
